Quick Estimate Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Quick Estimate, provided by Young&Chill, doing business as Workers Note ("we").
1. Accepting these Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you use the App for a business or another organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.
2. The App
Quick Estimate helps users prepare estimates and invoices, calculate document totals, export PDFs or images, and share documents. Core document creation works without an account. Some optional services, including purchase restoration and cloud backup, may require a store or App account.
3. Your records and tax responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, retention, and delivery of the information and documents you create. The App does not provide tax, legal, accounting, insurance, or contracting advice. Sales Tax rates, taxable status, required disclosures, payment terms, and local compliance must be confirmed by you with the relevant authority or qualified professional.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
If Pro features are offered, price, duration, trial eligibility, renewal, cancellation, and refund terms are shown before purchase in the Apple App Store or Google Play. Store rules govern billing, cancellation, and refunds. A purchase may require the same store account to restore.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the App to create fraudulent documents, violate another person’s rights or privacy, interfere with the App, attempt unauthorized access, or violate applicable law.
6. Availability, backups, and third-party services
We may change, maintain, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for operations, security, legal compliance, or product development. External services such as Apple, Google, device sharing services, cloud storage, advertising, and analytics have their own terms and policies.
You are responsible for keeping copies of records you need. Optional backup and restore features are a convenience and are not a substitute for retaining your own copies of business documents.
7. Disclaimers and limits
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the App, our operations, or applicable law changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
