Do I need to sign in?

No. You can create, save, export, and share local documents without an account. Sign in only if you choose an optional connected feature.

How do I get support?

Email yc@workersnote.com and include your device type and a short description of the issue.

How can I delete my account or cloud-backup data?

In the app: open Settings → Account, then choose Delete account and confirm. You can also email yc@workersnote.com with “Quick Estimate data deletion request” in the subject and the account email you used.

Deleting the account removes the Quick Estimate / Workers Note account, profile, sign-in links, registered devices, push tokens, and Workers Note server backups associated with that account. Server files queued for deletion are permanently removed within 30 days.

Documents stored only on your device are not sent with the request and remain until you delete them or remove the app. Files you independently saved to your personal Google Drive remain under your control. Minimal purchase, security, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained only for the period required by law or to resolve disputes.
